| Ray Slaybaugh is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) who has been a full time licensed Realtor in the greater Phoenix area since 1974. Ray joined Realty Executives in 1976, and has been one of the company's top producing agents ever since. An annual member of the Executive Club (awarded to the top 10% producers of the company), Ray has also served several terms as office manager, and recently completed the Scottsdale Leadership Program through the City of Scottsdale. In 2005, Ray was the recipient of Realty Executive's President's Award, awarded annually to one Executive in recognition of a distinguished career in both productivity and ethical standards. Ray and his wife, Amy, live in McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, where they had their home built in 1978. They have two children, Heather and Paul, and are proud new grandparents as well. In his spare time, Ray enjoys everything outdoors from fishing to kayaking, and is also an avid lover of "the blues." |

Paul Slaybaugh is an Arizona native, and a second generation Scottsdale Realtor. He grew up in McCormick Ranch and attended Cochise Elementary, Cocopah Middle and Chaparral High School. After obtaining a BS in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University, Paul returned to Scottsdale to join his father in the Real Estate profession. Licensed in 1999, Paul is a three time recipient of Realty Executives' 100% Club Award for production (2004, 2005 & 2006). Paul currently lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Brandi, and sons, Jack & Wyatt. In what remains of his spare time, Paul maintains an active lifestyle. A collegiate soccer player, he remains committed to fitness and is an avid follower of the local sporting teams. Paul also enjoys the outdoors, reggae music, and is counting the days until his boys catch their first trout.
