We provide full, professional Real Estate service to Valley home buyers and sellers. With over 40 years of combined experience, our business model is heavily reliant on referral and repeat business. Our goal has always been to provide the high level of service that is necessary to make clients for life. Though our knowledge of the market is superior, and our marketing and negotiating skills proven, we believe that it is our hands on approach to each transaction that brings people back. We do not practice a quantity over quality approach to Real Estate. Agents who practice such "Hit and Run Real Estate" specialize in taking as many listings as possible, knowing that some may sell while the rest will not. This requires the least amount of their time and energy. Not only does this approach drastically hinder the likelihood of a sale, but it affects your bottom line as well. Despite receiving numerous awards for our productivity, we rarely carry more than a handful of listings at a time. There is a reason for this. We put an extensive amount of time and effort into pricing, staging, marketing, negotiation, escrow navigation, and ultimately, closing every home we list for sale. Cutting corners at any step during this process, due to being overextended, would prevent us from getting the top price for your home in the shortest time possible. What we do believe in is good old fashioned hard work. We put together the most thorough and accurate "comparative market analysis" in the business. The determination of value is one of the most crucial steps for both sellers and buyers, and we put hours into every analysis. For sellers, we market properties aggressively with traditional methods (flyers, open houses, networking with the top producing agents in the state, etc) as well as using the latest tools (virtual tours, digital photos, internet exposure, etc). For buyers, we work diligently to find exactly what you are looking for while avoiding properties with issues that may negatively affect your enjoyment or resale. We are very protective of our buyers, and actively discourage the purchase of any property we deem to be a poor investment. We weed out the problem properties, leaving you to focus on the good ones. For both buyers and sellers, once a contract is accepted, we are involved every step of the way during the escrow period. In addition to overseeing the deadlines to be met during escrow, we provide appraisers with information packets to fend off potential issues of value. We negotiate inspection issues on our client's behalf, and have contractors on call to complete repairs and provide second opinions. We stay in contact with lenders to receive updates on loan status, and review closing documents prior to signing. We accompany our clients to all signings. And when we say "we," it means Ray and Paul. No legion of assistants or rookie agents who handle limited portions of a transaction. Clients who hire us, get us, period.
